One of the best jobs I had so far.

Accounts Payable (Current Employee) Los Angeles, CA

ProsThe hours are flexible, benefit include, health (with USC doctors as a choice), dental and vision. The stress is very low and superior are extremely understanding. There is a great sense of community and opportunity to farther your education for free if you decide to. Additionally, your children can get their education for free if you work for 2 years and they get accepted to USC.

ConsSo far I have no encountered anything yet and I been working here for 8 months.

Advice to Senior ManagementI think management have done a great job. I am appreciative of how well they treat you and they listen to you. There is a feeling they are more of your friends, rather than your supervisors. This is a good thing, because you feel encourage to seek help from them without feeling like you're a nausea.

Office Assistant (Former Employee) Los Angeles, CA

ProsI worked at USC while I was a student. Overall, it was very laid back. Great if you have work study. My boss was flexible when I had family problems or group meetings for class.

ConsAnswering phones. But it was work study, so what else do you expect?
Food on and near campus is average at its best.

    USC is a wonderful place

Research Assistant (Current Employee) Los Angeles, CA

ProsUSC is a top university and it has very good academia environments. The library is great here as well. Professors are very nice and supportive. I love it here

ConsThere is not too many cons here. I guess graduate students are generally not paid very well, but that is very common among other universities. So, I am not too upset with this. ANother disadvantage of this is there is no rain in LA

    Great university!

Research Assistant (Former Employee) Los Angeles, CA

ProsThe architecture is amazing. The school is amazingly symmetrical, beautiful, well-groomed. Students are also very friendly, diverse, and accommodating. Food is tasty, and the staff is quite helpful as well.

ConsScary community. Parking is expensive. Mid-to-high management is very unprofessional. Don't like the way they treated their adjunct faculty.
