I have been working at University of Waterloo

    Pros

good reputation in Canada, good programs in cs and math

    Cons

Too many self-important people, too many over-paid professors who barely do any work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Care about your student, not only their money, and hire more devoted professors who can DO their jobs, not just TALK a lot all day.
