Current Employee – been working at VERTEX Solutions full-time for less than a year

Pros – Co-Workers are competent and friendly. Great opportunity for people just out of college. It is a great way to get your foot in the door.

Cons – All about the money. They don't pay well & you will never get a raise. The company is owned by investors so they are about keeping the money to themselves.
No opportunity for advancement.

Advice to Senior Management – Pay your employees! Invest in employee development.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Culturally Sound and respect individual. KPI's are very high and constant push to undergo trainings

Cons – Very less chance of achieving targets & loads of politics around .NO JOB SECURITY.

Advice to Senior Management – Improve the transparency between Employees and employers.
