    Pros

Pay is higher than most call centers in the area. Weekends off. SAP platform. Friendly coworkers. Free fruit!

    Cons

Quality Monitoring has everyone on edge and is a tedious process. You can actually offer your customer a one call resolution but if you forget to say their name, you have now failed the call. QM is setup to fail which results in low PMP scores and raises. NO GROWTH

    Advice to Management

The entire QM process needs to be re-visited. There is no moral in the center.

    Pros

In this type of position you must work well with little supervision. The hours can be flexible depending on your customer. This being a big company, there are opportunities to advance if your willing to possibly relocate.

    Cons

The training was not good so you must learn a lot on your own. The pay should be higher for the expectations of VWR. Yearly raise is minimal even if your performing well.

    Advice to Management

Train better, give an advantage to current employees for opportunities for advancement and make sure you have happy employees.
