    Pros

Strong focus on talent development creates opportunity for career advancement. I have seen numerous co-workers advance quickly after starting in entry level positions

    Cons

This is the largest company I've worked for and with it's numerous facilities I've had to learn how to network internally to identify those co-workers who can get things done to advance initiatives.

    Advice to Management

Continue to Keep employees engaged and informed by sharing company successes.

    Pros

Paycheck, good people for the most part, lots of training, free food sometimes, the actual job is easy, no weekends. I'd say it's a good job to have while looking for a better job. Another thing is that people seem to stick around for many years. I knew some that have been around 20 to 30 years.

    Cons

No opportunities to advance, sometimes stressful, handling credits/returns is a lengthy process, sales reps can be a pain to deal with. Everyday is pretty much the same thing. Can get boring. Call center environment. Metrics.

    Advice to Management

    None.

    Pros

flexibility, decent hours, not micromanaged, decent benefits, some room for growth, promised land if you're a self starter, death web if you can't think for yourself or think you can ride coattails.
Can learn a lot from older reps, but don't expect a team friendly environment, this is a to each his own world so you are directly responsible for your own results, not swallowed by corporate jargon and bs yet, but the train is on the tracks and headed to the station which will weed out the dead weight top to bottom.

    Cons

Commission structure means mediocre gets paid with minimum effort, dismal base salary- no raises or merit increases, no vacation so burnout and resignations are rampant, thank yous are non-existent for anything either within your team or higher up, poor customer service means sales spend half their time cleaning up and sorting messes.... company cannot see that investing in high level trained sales support would lead to greater field productivity and top line growth. Home office works 40 hours a week and complains when talking to reps working 75 & making less money than they are. Seems everyone is looking for another job.

    Advice to Management

Pay for performance and retain people growing margins rather than schlepping accolades on the people that have high volume, but give away product at minimal margins. Stop hiring order takers and hire people that can truly sell, build loyalty and relationships.Learn what really drives people to want to make the company better. Indifference is deadly. Some want a career and often this feels like a job.

    Pros

The job itself is really pleasant. The flexible and reasonable work hours and free work style make the job enjoyable and employees motivated. Almost all the colleagues (within the same department) are friendly and helping. Internal career change is also encouraged. We also have a very nice office building (with gym).

    Cons

There's obviously disconnection between departments, which makes it hard to push changes when there are multiple departments involved. Below average pay and slow promotion could create difficulty in acquiring new talents and retaining current employees. Also IT support is slow since they seem to be understaffed.

    Advice to Management

Increase salary to stop young talents from leaving the company. Promote cross-functional collaboration.
