Fast-paced environment in continual transition

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Valeant full-time

ProsThere are always opportunities to learn. The environment is very fast-paced. The company offers stock options, which are a very good incentive.

ConsThe company is in perpetual transition and does not complete the integraton of one company before moving on to the next. The company operates under an extremely lean model, constantly downsizing and streamlining forcing everyone to be spread too thinly.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement should allow sufficient time between major acquisitions.

I worked at Valeant full-time for more than 5 years

Prosfast past, dynamic, great for learning, opportunity for promotion

Consmanagement doesn't put employees interest - they relocated entire company from California to NJ which put employees with 20+ years of history with the company out a job.
