I have been working at Velti full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Casual atmosphere in the Atlanta office.

    Cons

The stock promised as part of the compensation package is completely worthless and now they are being delisted from NASDAQ. Overall, poorly mismanaged.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If this company has any hope, stop hiring mediocre employees that contribute very little. Also, seriously evaluate the remaining employees, look at their actual responsibilities, and whether they're meeting (let alone exceeding) the expectations of their role.

I worked at Velti full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Relaxed atmosphere, reasonable salary package

    Cons

Incompetent senior management and board of directors. They went on an acquisition spending spree with absolutely no clue about integration or building value into the portfolio. Sales staff were frankly useless and couldn't sell but worse they were misguided as to what was real and what was slideware. After acquisition of Mobile Interactive Group (MIG) even more chaos ensured by more incompetent and arrogant MIG staff and Directors/CEO. No strategy to consolidate, poor product and sales execution. I could go on but you get the background

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Replace yourselves with people of proven experience in strategy, financial management
