    Pros

The pay is good starting out for an individual with no experience.

    Cons

When hired (this happened to everyone on my team that I'm aware of) you're offered a base pay rate of 26,000/yr., however your check will not reflect this amount. I'm not the only one who complained about this. We were all given a raise because of the leap year and made to believe some of us got a raise based on our performance (until someone started to talk and everyone followed). Bottom line, watch your check and be careful with time off, even if you're sick. They do not care.

Great compensation, great company to work for. Benefits are amazing

    Cons

dishonesty of managers, A lot of backstabbing. this company wants a puppets on a string. If you dont agree with them, or voice your discontentment or the fact that some ADA laws are broken, they will try to get you out.

    Pros

Good benefits . You are required to practice to sit in your seat 8 hours straight. Very traditional company culture where you are treated as a slave. Your time spent in the restroom is monitored by computer system. So imagine!!!!!!!!!!!

    Cons

Company human resource will negotiate salary based on their bonus which you will never be able to retrieve. As your management will come project deadline which is not attainable by any human beings. So at the year -end, you will have bad performance review and the bonus is far lower than any competing company will provide you. The company does not follow its credo such as respecting everyone regardless race, religion and country of origin. You will come across managers and associate director who are dishonest and liars..

    Advice to Management

    Please don't lie, be honest...

    Pros

Great benefits day 1. Pretty good compensation plan for wireless. Events to help break up the monotony. 98% of the employees I personally came across were awesome people and an absolute pleasure to be around.

    Cons

Oh where does one begin here. The bad transfer call rate from 3rd party customer service and various other departments were at alarming rate. It created such a headache for everyone involved. The customers calling in did not know they are going to the sales department which does not handle bill pay, credits, disconnects, etc.. which then the sales department ( naturally ) does not want to help since it is not a sale and then trying to transfer to an agent able to help will eat up your hold times. In addition, you are not only now competing with 3rd party retailers but also 3rd party call centers for the new lines. IN addition, there are many instances where you may have sent an individual their equipment but then it fails activation, primarily to the sim card ( for whatever reason ) failed to activate. So as most customers would, they have already patiently waited for the equipment, want activation now. So once in store, they get it activated but then you lose the sale and have no way of fighting it as the retail side will not succeed to the telesales department any discrepancies. Complete garbage. Communication amongst all departments is also poor at best as no one seems to know where to transfer anyone for any specific reason except a highly trained few.

    Advice to Management

There's not much they can do. It needs to be handled from the top. 3rd party call centers is costing the company more money as they are not well trained or care for the company as a whole.

    Pros

    great benefits, room to advance

    Cons

unqualified manager teams, unprofessional environment that gets overlooked, very long hours, expected to do overtime, cliques run deep and only people that are in them qualified or not are promoted!

    Advice to Management

better qualify your managers! Take the time to not just listen to them. Hold store meetings where you talk to employees. You will learn a lot Also, less micromanaging. NO one is really happy. The money is just good.

    Pros

Benefits, pay is decent but is also offset by the hours put in

    Cons

Management does not get involved with front line employees to actually learn how to address issues, but instead gives commands from looking at numbers and remaining in their offices over 3 hours away. Also, expect LONG hours and to never really have holiday or vacation time as you are expected to always be at the mercy of your phone and email sadly even when you are out sick. You will not have a work/life balance. Company is also good at shoving a credo down your throat that they completely contradict every day. You will not have the support from internal teams i.e, finance, customer care, network, as needed to solve customer issues and spend a lot of time bouncing back and forth between departments and getting varying answers every time you need to reach out. You are rated on an overall customer score of the company, however it is extremely difficult to get help when customers are having issues unless they are at the point of leaving the company and even times not even then.

    Advice to Management

Not all areas are the same get involved with your sales reps in different areas to see how customers vary. Doing this will give you better insight to the customer as well as learning how to better assist your employees. Repeatedly it is said that it costs more to earn a new customer than to keep an existing one so it would make sense to provide the support needed to assist customer issues. Also, customers that are existing should get to see some of the perks that we are using to desperately gain customers. Many customers have more than one provider, but are not loyal because we give them no reason to be or show that we appreciate their business.

    Pros

Pay, everyone should experience retail once

    Cons

High stress, questionable sales tactics, unrealistic sales metrics, hours/schedule

    Advice to Management

Communicate better with reps on the floor. Do not push reps to use tactics they are morally uncomfortable with.

    Pros

Only 2 pros....the pay and the people that I worked with.

    Cons

If u work there then they think they own u. They treat u like u are a child and hard work is seldom rewarded.

    Advice to Management

If it's not broke don't fix it. U expect loyalty and respect from ur employees but u refuse to return it.
