    Great place to work

Research Scientist II (Current Employee) Cambridge, MA

ProsGreat and caring manager, smart, collaborative and respectful colleagues. Team work is emphasized. Very fast paced, challenging work that keeps you busy, which means lots of opportunities to learn. Science and innovation are focused by upper management, first in industry in many aspects. Great benefits and good compensation. Hope the company can enrich the pipeline and thrive for long term.

ConsSometimes a little too many meetings for the sake of meetings.

Advice to Senior ManagementNot much. Only hope the company can strategize to get product to launch faster.
