“This is a place where you can learn enough to be a one man team”
Current Employee – been working at ViXS
Pros – Flexible work time
Lots of new technologies to learn
Clear responsibilities for every one -- no lazy man can survive
Cons – Compensation is not very attractive, especially the benefit package
Product planning is chaotic in some cases
Very crowded and sometimes noisy office
Advice to Senior Management – Please execute the annual review on time and take it seriously.
We need training: about the product, about required skill sets.
