    Pros

Hip company, lots of peers that are your age, wonderful cafeteria, cool office design, might be hired upon graduation

    Cons

Tasks can feel mundane and people are not challenged enough to reach their potential. Interns feel disposable here.

    Advice to Management

The company as a whole has just experienced layoffs, but make sure that you make your employees that are left feel valued.

    Pros

Pay and Benefits seems to be the best or near the top of all companies out there.

    Cons

Poor work/life balance, expectations are that you are available at all hours, including weekends, and including on your days off

    Advice to Management

People are not robots! They need to have breaks, personal time ,and relaxation to properly function!!!

    Pros

Great place to start career wise.

    Cons

Plenty of people want to work here so they have no problem replacing people with ease. Layoffs can come in constant waves.

    Pros

Used to be good perks but have heard that is changing. Office culture looks cool but is toxic.

    Cons

Upper Management needs to be schooled - some of them are clueless and have no other company work experience - you know who you are....

    Advice to Management

Make the EVPs go back to school and learn the latest technologies.

    Pros

Good benefits and perks, fun environment, co-workers are generally interesting, and there's many opportunities to learn new technologies and business principles.

    Cons

Very low wages, very little upward mobility, racial segregation, very small percentage of minorities working on productions, even less minorities in managerial positions, productions are controlled by a few people who tend to be older and out of touch with what's current, no opportunity to input ideas and/or suggestions.

    Advice to Management

Management should hold more meetings with current employees to find out how to make a better environment that is conducive to all. Better salaries.
