    Pros

Good Discount & Free Merchandise Regularly Working with other women, friendly workplace 50 cent raise after 3 months

    Cons

"Call-In Time" - You're scheduled, but you have to call in 2 hours before the shift and see if they actually need you, making it difficult to make plans, get a second job, or schedule rides if you're having car trouble When I put in my two weeks notice because I was graduating/moving, they took me off the schedule completely, hours that I really needed. They are constantly hiring, everyone is replaceable. They kept a bunch of seasonal workers past the holidays in addition to their regular new hires, then after a few months, they let go of a bunch of workers to a bare bones staff, if you needed to switch shifts for some reason, it was virtually impossible

    Advice to Management

Recognize that workers are people with bills and lives

    Pros

Growth Potential Generous Discount Gratis Merchandise Sales goal incentives, ex: getting to go to the Fashion Show Fun Holiday Meetings/Workshops Cohesive team-members

    Cons

Overtime/On-call 24/7...there really is no work/life balance, unless you are on vacation & your phone is turned off. Extended shift expectancy Gossip from managers, including DM & RM. HR not very helpful with issues, especially if about your manager.

    Advice to Management

Human vs Business is in LBOS for managers for a reason; those pages should be reviewed by RM & DM's when considering the conversation they will be having with a SM.

    Pros

This company has some of the best people working for it. Managers that are encouraging and who also care about their employees.

    Cons

The pay isn't as great as it should be, especially with the tasks employees are given and the stress that is associated with those tasks

    Advice to Management

Have respect for your employees always, and always give them an opportunity to learn and to grow. Listen to what they have to say.

    Pros

I worked at the Victoria's Secret store in Brea, CA and my experience's with the customers were great. People came in needing help finding the right items and I loved helping them. Customers weren't rude. The store manager Christina Barr was an EXCELLENT store manager. They really help and teach you how to be a good sales associate.

    Cons

Having to reach your average sale of the day of $300, if you didn't they would get irritated. Expect you to stay past your shift during the holidays and would sometimes hold you against leaving. Worst part? THE EMPLOYEES!! so nosy and catty :/

    Advice to Management

THANK YOU FOR GETTING RID OF ON CALLS!

    Pros

If you bonus every month the job is definitely worth the pay and you get multiple gratis every month.

    Cons

Hours definitely depend on how well the business is doing. Just like most retail jobs, hours will be cut when its slow. Expect long closing nights until 1030-11 just to clean up the store. Not very good at work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

    more work life balance
