“Viracon overall is a good place to work”
Current Employee – been working at Viracon
Pros – benfits are the best reason,working indoors out of the weather is the other reason.
Cons – There is no pay raises for work performance.I also think that managment should discipline more.
Advice to Senior Management – pay the hard workers !
