    Pros

It's a great place for starting a career if you have no previous office experience. Gets you hands on all aspects of the business.

    Cons

They play favorites and when do not hold their employees accountable for meeting deadlines. If you already have an established career, this is probably not the best fit for you. Limited ability for career growth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hold employees accountable for the things you ask them to do.

    Pros

Great Co-workers , Friendly environment on the Employee Level

    Cons

Hired for Customer Service trained for Order Entry was released after 90days. No performance issues. Beware for the pilot programs that get squashed and you go with it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE ! Hire and Train employees as to what
you advertise you are looking for instead of using them for test that fail.

    Pros

    Casual attire.
I don't really have many good things to say about this company, but I'm filling space because of the twenty word minimum on this field.

    Cons

    Uninspired management.
    Noisy, open, distracting work environment.
No overtime, yet expectations of 60+ hours/week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would they listen? I don't think so.
    Maybe that's the problem.

    Pros

Pretty cool to work for a market leader. Competitors don't have their act together, so opporunity exists. Some good/fun people in the lower ranks.

    Cons

Firm is losing money. No stratregy, direction, or quality management to pull it back. (Check financials) Everyone clocks in (salaried employees too). No trust from CEO who knows it all and his his select few who can do no wrong. Cannot recommend coming to work here unless you are unemployed and need the money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clocking in - seriously? "Attention deficit disorder" management style is nerve racking and unproductive. Be better - invest (financially, culturally, and through trust) in those who make the company a market leader - your employees! Please!
