    I worked at Vodafone full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Good benefits and PTO, decent coworkers. Can sometimes work from home.

    Cons

    Terrible disconnect between different departments, lack of communication. Everyone is overworked and the upper management always talks about how headcount needs to be reduced. Jobs are outsourced often and it is also extremely difficult to get information from other parts of the business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop measuring everything by headcount and overloading your workers. Hire backfill if it is needed, think about the customer and not about your huge profit. Actually value your employees instead of outsourcing jobs for cheap and poor quality labor.

    Global brand, financial stability, network

    Cons

    US team is not well led. Priorities and support are poor.

    They lack clear goals and products and services that work in all countries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Deliver what you say you will. Get in the field with customers.

    They talk a good game but can't deliver or have knowledge how to run a sales team.

    Sadly glad to be leaving too interested in cutting costs impacting on service

    Has gone from having one of the best networks to the worst in a short time. Need to focus on customers

    Off shoring does not work, UK bringing back the jobs but Group is blindly going down the path
