Cons – Ah the politics of any job. That's one thing that will never change lol
You also get them days when everything goes bad and people p### you off but that's any job really

Pros – The Newbury campus is a really friendly place to be, as opposed to Paddington which has a much more corporate, forward looking vibe. Vittorio Colao is an inspirational CEO and his regular company-wide updates are always fascinating.

Cons – As with any large corporate, the speed of changes means that the people culture is not always the primary focus. Some departments are not as team focused as othes, though group finance tends to stick together.

Cons – During my three years I worked with 4 different chief department managers for the same department. Meaning restructuring nevers seems to end.
