Pros – I am in my mid-30s and have had several jobs. Volusion is one of the best I've had. It's a great working environment. It seems like there is free food at least once a week. There are a lot of fun activities to participate in. I feel like Volusion does genuinely care about its employees and wants to keep them happy. Benefits are great!

Cons – There is always something to complain about, right? But, I cannot think of any deal breakers. It's a good size company and I can speak for my experience thus far, which has been overall positive.

Advice to Senior Management – I have enjoyed the recent insight to where the company is headed.

Pros – The direct ability to positively impact the business with minimal layers of bureacracy has been refreshing. The management team has one focus and that's to make the company and the products the best in the industry. The employees are super motivated and the environment is fun to be a part of.

Cons – Classic startup growing pains one would expect.

Pros – Fun atmosphere, young peers, happening, action.

Cons – lower wage, no shift differential for overnight employees, overtime not encouraged, cannot speak your mind and expect a better position later, even if only giving constructive criticisms

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to what your employees have to tell you. They want the company to succeed, why not help them also to succeed
