    Pros

    good training preparation for answering customer concerns, billing, equipment, Good Health Ins. plan. Good Supervisor support.

    Cons

    Constantly being watched and listened to on phone. Increased pressure with each phone call timed, no matter what the problem.

    Advice to Management

    Be ready to help no matter how difficult or how much time it takes to satisfy the customers concerns.

    the people are great, training was made easy and the help was to get you working at a better pace was great as well

    the lack of help sometimes when you have a major issue that can not be resolved thru normal means

    Pros

    The perks are a plus at this company. Good company with solid leadership. The company is staying busy with rolling out new technology.

    Cons

    Just as is true with many companies there are cliques. These small groups of people are typically the ones who run the show. It is unfortunate that the people with the most power do the least work.

    Advice to Management

    I believe that management should have a clear structure for growth. There should be a path for management and/or certifications.

    Pros

    You get to use a tablet. You don't have to pay out of pocket for supplies. Getting to speak with people walking by.

    Cons

    Pressure to make a sale each week, you might end up in a slow location with no foot traffic.

    Advice to Management

    If your sales rep isn't making any sales try helping them and give them tips to improve.

    Pros

    - The facility was amazing for such a young company and the perks were nice too. - $100 per month towards the cafeteria/starbucks. - Onsite gym with trainers and massage therapists. - Amazing facilities manager with a great staff. - Room for growth, even with inexperience. - Great atmosphere and some really great people.

    Cons

    - People have a tendency to be bitter when they have not been promoted. - The call center is located here and it can attract a young less experienced crowd. - There is a bit of favoritism towards the younger more attractive women. - Room for advancement can come with a price. Lateral moves are more common which means more work for the same pay. This however, can be a great resume builder.

    Keep up the good work and pay people for the jobs they are doing.
