    Overall bad experience

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsNothing really comes to mind. The only good part about working there were a few great coworkers.

ConsThere wasn't any sense of employee appreciation, you felt like you were just another number. Very bureaucratic atmosphere. The management was inconsistent and overall poorly run.

Great opportunity for young male sales people.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Tampa, FL

    ProsGreat benefits. Salary is competitive.

ConsManagement focuses on sales results only. Little training is provided to employees that are competent and responsible to improve their sales abilities. These employees are threatened and quickly managed out.

Advice to Senior ManagementManage your resources by identifying employee talents and provide opportunities for employees to get better at their jobs. Many good employees have left based on narrow minded leadership.

My work experience was completely demoralizing.

Financial Specialist (Former Employee) Richmond, VA

ProsThere are opportunities to make good money if you're at the top of your district in sales.

ConsThe managers don't care about the employees. All that matters is the bottom line.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't only look to promote FLS's who are good at their current role...promote people to FSL's who are good around people, care about people, and can manage well.
