    Pros

Most of us working there are part time getting 40 hours plus overtime. We are always busy so time flies by fast. Some days we could use more help but we all try to work together to get things done. Management is typically pretty understanding on short handed days.

    Cons

Hard to find new reliable coworkers. Pay is not really worth the work we do, but compared to other places around town it's acceptable.

    Advice to Management

Stop changing rules weekly, and give proof of said rules from the wire.

    Pros

Walmart offers good hours and benefits to associates who are willing to get in and make their mark. Most managers are good about scheduling, and are flexible. Yes, it's easy to get a job here for a lot of people. But to truly make a different, it takes an EXTREME amount of effort. Making a difference is noticed.

    Cons

Not a lot of training in regards to Department Managers/ZMS's. This often leaves associates unprepared for their new positions.

    Advice to Management

Train your hourly supervisors thoroughly. Watch more carefully for favoritism and retaliation. Beyond that, keep doing a great job making us an industry leader.

You have deadlines. You you home and youre still thinking about the job and your department. What you leave is what you will start on the next day.

    Advice to Management

You got to procide more associates and proper scheduling. Communicate with you department managers, thats the key for a better department management.
