    Pros

Great workplace with a lot of good products to work on and self-autonomy. Lots of visibility in the work and depending on the team there is a lot of trust in your work.

    Cons

A few layoffs here and there, but its sometimes necessary for the business. Upward mobility is somewhat of a challenge.

Smart people doing smart things; it's a big company, with an entrepreneurial spirit. Despite the frustrations of many levels of approval to get things done, ultimately they always do the right thing.

    Cons

Can be frustrating due to many levels of approval to get something done.

    Advice to Management

Break down the decision barriers to move more quickly.

    Pros

The benefits are really good: health care, life insurance, You get to see early screenings of movies. You have easy access to enter/leave the Warner Brother's lot. It's not uncommon to see movie stars or filming during my lunch break. The cafeteria is cheap and tasty. Overall, it's a nice culture.

    Cons

The pay is low compared with other companies. Upward movement seems happen very slowly
