    Pros

Company car, good expense account. However, neither is worth working for this company. Some DM's seem alright, it just depends on who you get stuck working for.

    Cons

Very shady management, always scheming behind their worker's backs. They teach one thing in training, but managers want you to do the complete opposite of what you were taught. DM's are very young and inexperienced- just because they were good sales reps does not mean that they know how to manage a team! Weak products, that have poor formulary coverage.

    Advice to Management

Fix up the training program, and teach what managers actually want to see their sales reps do in the field. Stop promoting people just because they were good at their last role because being a good sales rep does not equate to being a good manager. The company isn't doing too great, so take a look around because it is obvious who is bringing the company down. Also, cost IS an issue! If company continues on the path they are on, they will not be around in a few years, but the company cares more about politics than hiring and promoting good workers so chances are this company is doomed.

    Pros

They have a great benefits package and you get the typical car, bonus can be made if you live in the right area.

    Cons

Communication with the company is weak, managed care coverage is terrible, and expect to do 3-5 dinners per week in order to meet company expectations. 8am-8pm is standard, ideas on how to grow business change bi-weekly, and bonus structure is tough. Reps ranked at the top in trimester 1 were ranked at the bottom in trimester 2 which means no bonus.

    Advice to Management

Really trying to be honest... this company doesn't look good on your resume if you want to stay in pharm but if you get the job and it pays the bills... Do it for a year (if you don't get fired) and move on.

    Pros

You could gain experience in the pharmaceutical industry, develop contact within the medical community and the industry to leverage for a future position

    Cons

If you have a couple bad months you will be moved out, if you have too many good months (make too much money) you will also be moved out

    Advice to Management

Experience, expertise and relationships have value to the company's financial success, both short term and long term, its possible to learn from other people and companies

    Pros

L’héritage de Procter & Gamble est encore vivant en Europe, ce qui donne des employés très qualifiés et motivés, avec de solides valeurs.

Procter & Gamble legacy is still alive in Europe, meaning very skilled and motviated employees with strong values.

    Cons

Pas de futur en Europe, l’entreprise est fermée.

No future in Europe, business is shut down.

    Advice to Management

Anéantir une entreprise n’est jamais une bonne solution. Monter l’entreprise en Europe aurait été bénéfique à la fois pour les actionnaires et les employés Vous aviez des équipes très compétentes.

Killing a business is never a good option. Building the business in Europe would have created value for both shareholders and employees. You had very capable teams there.
