    Summer intern

Summer Intern (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsYou're interning at the top of the industry and are able to learn whatever you want if you put the effort in. You will get out of the experience as much as you put into it. Great culture.

ConsNo pay, but not a bad thing at all considering the experience and networking opportunities you are gaining. It's the music industry, so no pay for interns should be expected.

Great place to work, good opportunities, don't necessarily expect to meet many artists though.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsSmart people, very advanced/progressive, FUN! At least if you work in the new IT group.

ConsHampered by old systems and old ways of doing business, this is probably the biggest problem.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of the old school company people fast, it is killing the company.

ConsNone that I can think of! It was a great experience to be here.

    Great learning experience

Intern (Former Employee) New York, NY

    ProsLooks great on resume
Everyone is cool, friendly, and mostly competent and care about their line of work
As an intern, great learning experience in a dynamic environment

ConsMusic industry as a whole sucks right now, so it's not like your chances of a job after the internship are that much greater

Advice to Senior ManagementSeriously consider your interns for future employment. They are a great pipeline that have served for credit only, anywhere from 4 to 8 months. They know the company's ins and outs already.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
