    Pros

They offered great benefits and good supports for the families of employees. They offered great benefits and good supports for the families of employees.

    Cons

They went down the tubes. Hard. Their sales training for lower level employees could have been greatly improved, so they lost a significant significant potential for growth, incentive, and income.
