    Pros

    They are willing to work around class schedules, and enjoy seeing their employees succeed.

    Cons

    Some areas are a little understaffed, which makes it difficult to take vacations if you aren't already a full time employee.

    Brilliant oportunity for research and development. Great exposure in the field of Automotive engineering.

    Cons

    Personal safety is a big issue. Limited to Mechanical and Electrical specializations.

    Pay is great. Benefits are wonderful. Team morale is awesome. Training is given to everyone and the department has the means to send their officers and dispatchers to training in other states.

    Cons

    communication between shift supervisors is sometimes lacking.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get all Lt.'s and Sgt.'s to be on the same page as far as "how to handle runs".
