    Great Company!!

Account Manager (Current Employee) Jacksonville, FL

ProsStarted as a small company and has now grown into a larger operation with multiple offices and add more.

ConsThe company does not give raises to employees. Employees end up leaving the company for higher pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive raises to employees who are performing.

One of the best places I've worked

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Jacksonville, FL

ProsMostly pleasant co-workers, relatively easy to move up or transfer departments, great HR team, clean workplace, decent entry-level pay (extremely "entry-level"), stock options and decent benefit plans, annual parties and company events, decent "perks", overall fun place to work

ConsUpsell requirements in most departments for a mostly dated & lacking (by today's standard) product, outgrowing building (employee lounge (which wasn't half bad) has been replaced by a classroom, not many other "amenities" that many other tech companies provide, poor management in some departments, very little or no training for most departments (they expect you to know your skill, which is understandable)

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your little people/people on the front lines more... they know more about what's going on than you think and have some tremendous ideas and solutions to some very big problems.

Overall it can be better for the company they value their employees.

Training Performance Development (Current Employee) Jacksonville, FL

ProsGreat benefits and great people to work with.

ConsThe salary should be more competitive within the field (s). It seems as the years go on, salaries are cut for the management role.

There is a lot of great things about Web.com

    Webconsultant (Current Employee) Jacksonville, FL

ProsGood benefits, great co workers, comfortable environment.

ConsTerrible Time off policy especially if you have an illness. Why do you give bad marks for someone being sick even if that have unused sick days? Please revise this policy to make it better for your employees that have health issues.

Advice to Senior ManagementChange the PTO policy it is hard to call you 2 days in advance of being sick.

A decent company to work for.

    Accountant (Former Employee)

ProsA lot of freedom to explore the company. Hours are pretty good and most of the people are really nice to work with.

ConsThe pay is average and raises are not given on an annual base, aka no col raises. The organization is pretty flat so climbing the "corporate ladder is a bit tough. There are plenty of biases in promotions, but show me a company without that factor.
