Lots of learning and growth opportunities…

Account Executive (Former Employee) Boston, MA

ProsWeber was my first job out of school. The experience shaped who I am today. I don’t believe I would have the work ethic or attention to detail that I possess today if it hadn’t been for my time there. Managers set a good example and took the time to teach you how to do things right. The culture of teamwork is the strongest I’ve ever experienced.

ConsHours can be long and the need for perfection in everything you do can be overwhelming at times.

    Great Environment

Intern (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsVery comfortable and laid back work environment, every employee seems to be happy with what they are doing on a day to day basis. Lots of interaction with executives, even as an intern. Everyone's voice is heard and other employees are more than willing to share their expertise.

ConsWork was based on what clients needed, so sometimes the work day could be very slow.
