“Weir has been great”
Current Employee – been working at Weir SPM
Pros – Great opportunites, great direction, good people, good place to be. I enjoy my job exponentionally. I would highly recommend Weir to others.
Cons – Unfortunately as a company Weir SPM does not meet market standards for pay compensation. Other than that, Weir is fantastic.
Advice to Senior Management – As Weir Spm management, market standards for wage need to be reviewed and employees need to be adequately compansated for good work.
