    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to continue to keep people as a competetive advantage, the benefits package needs to be improved. Pay has always been toward the middle rather than high end, but benefits have been your best way of showing appreciation and keeping quality people. By diluting the health care plan and eliminating the cash balance plan, I think it will result in a proportional dilution of quality skilled staff (management and IT). As an employee who wants to stay long term (to retirement) with Wells, it makes me concerned that not only will I have to sacrifice some benefits, but I also won't be working with the best people. My team has had 3 exits since the health plan change where that was the primary reason cited - those were the best developers on our team.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Wells Fargo Dealer Services is a great place to work. My time there was was both a joy and a tremendous opportunity for me to grow my skills in the field of credit analysis. WFDS gave me the resources and support to further my career and the atmosphere was highly conducive to teamwork, innovation and personal growth. All and all a great place to work if you are interested in credit, finance, risk management, portfolio management, contract negotiation, business development and business strategy.

    Cons

Have to work more weekends than I wanted too and some late nights. Wished the schedule was a little more oriented towards Monday to Friday.
