I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time

    Pros

Easy job. Work environment not too stressful

    Cons

Wants you to give up your time with no problem but sometimes can not work with you in time of need. Nitpicky at times. While it is sales, sometimes i believe they focus to much on a sale rather than benefiting customer

    Pros

I worked with incredible people. My team was awesome and very helpful.

    Cons

There are too many individuals in management roles that have no people or true leadership skills.

    Advice to Management

Be more careful when placing folks in leadership roles. Just because they have many years and knowledge does not mean they have leadership skills as well.

I have been working at Wells Fargo (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule to work from home and generous with PTO.

    Cons

Large corporate structure makes it difficult to advance. Very traditional environment that lacks excitement or innovation. Not the best place to develop young talent.

    Pros

Professional atmosphere, great coworkers, great benefits

    Cons

Too many meetings, conference calls and too many unnecessary reports. Prohibits you from getting your work done

    Advice to Management

rework the compensation plan and let your employees do their job rather than tie them up with so many reports, calls and meetings

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time

    Pros

Easy to move up in the company, work with a diverse group of people

    Cons

Politics (like in every company), drama, and ridiculous sales goals

    Advice to Management

Management needs to take a course on how to be a good manager, not your knowledge of making the bank profits but how to actually be an effective manager. Start off with people skills

I have been working at Wells Fargo (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It has great benefits for their employees and they match 6% to their 401K. The people we work for are friendly and always willing to help you in your need.

    Cons

They took the bonuses away to the employees. That was one of the motivations to keep you to push harder in your performance.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and have more faith in them. If you treat your employees with respect they will do the same to you.
