Pros – Great opportunities to right candidates. I started in March 2012 as a part time teller, now in June 2013, I have been a full time personal banker for over 6 month and they just gave me the opportunity to take the series 6 tests to become a licensed banker!
Cons – Can be really stressful to meet sales goals.
Advice to Senior Management – I love the way company treats your employees. Really makes me feel valued. All I have to do is to do my job.

I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Lots of opportunities to move up, they will reimburse part of your tuition if you qualify, extremely flexible hours, you gets nights and Sundays off
Cons – Your experience and ability to perform rely heavily on what type of manager you have. Luckily, most of them are great and the ones that aren't eventually get booted.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus more on service instead of numbers. January jumpstarts were the worst.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for less than a year
Pros – Knowledgeable co-workers in the business areas and technology really help this company to be successful when implementing change to a process or enchancing a system..
Cons – There is a lot of movement within teams and creates for an ever revolving door of talent, which lessens the opportunity to gain the strengths of keeping a core team intact for any period of time.

I have been working at Wells Fargo as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – Compliance is a key word here and every day within my recruiting job it is followed. When people try to break compliance I am granted the power to push back and supported by the business.
In addition, I enjoy the work culture in Charlotte, I respect a job where I'm seen by the quality of my work and not by when I come in or leave.
Cons – Gossip. My facility is large enough for pretty strong social groups to form and the hostility and high-school mentality can be noticable in certain departments. Fortunately I don't deal with any of that directly.
They also tend to treat contracts like second hand citizens. They'll frequently say "The recruiters will do this and then they can use teh managed resources as needed". It's frustrating, especially when some of the contractors have been around longer than the full timers.
