    Pros

Wells Fargo does not pay as much as I think that it should, but they reward those who sick around. If you work hard they will promote you. If you are lazy, well.... you get what you work for!

    Cons

Bankers get paid way more than service managers

    Advice to Management

Pay service managers more. They are under way more stress than bankers.

    Pros

Great training and benefits. Company makes a sincere effort to be a long lasting and well managed banking institution.

    Cons

This is one of those jobs where you do the exact same thing from day one until retirement. It is good for people who are ok with that but may be hard if you need more stimulation.

    Advice to Management

Maintain good retirement programs and do not cut them during economic downturns as this is very de-motivational and caused me to think about leaving the company.
