I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Changes for advancement, classes available, ability to work from home, great benefits, ability to do volunteer work during working hours, hires consultants as permanent employees

    Cons

The salary could be higher, have to work late hours with no compensation since it is salaried, could give employees with poor credit ability to take loans

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give your employees that work hard the benefit of the doubt and allow them to take loans even if credit is not great.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Plenty of training and support from management. Great benefits with work/life balance. Coworkers are fun to work with and confident that what is expected of them by management are realistic and achievable goals.

    Cons

the job is a new program so there a lots of procedure changes, sometimes 2-3 per week.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

There are a lot of pros to working with them but the biggest ones are the benefits, pay, supervisors, and the pto. And plus the feed you on special holidays.

    Cons

There are not many cons other than it being a call center but that's what you're being paid for. Call centers in general can be a pain in the butt because you have to listen to all the customers problems, especially when they are stupid with their money (had a customer argue with me that she wouldn't pay for the things she bought because she didn't see them pending until now) but that's just the way it is.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Loved the support and willingness to help employees grow

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

My supervisor was very upfront about the work I did and gave praise when praise was due and made corrections when needed. The benefits are good and the pay I rec'd was on the higher end.

    Cons

I worked in the mortgage end and when things slowed down so did the work which in turn caused lay-offs.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Working with a great group of individuals, being able to keep the moral up while times were busy. Benefits and compensation was great.

    Cons

Not being able to please every customer by loans being denied while I was a Loan Rep Assistant. While being a portfolio coordinator I was not able to bring all vendors on board although they were all great and providing wonderful credentials.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As a Manager myself I feel that we should all listen to our associates/customers and always have respect for the individual. Be a team player.
