    Coworkers are cool usually. Fast paced and can be fun.

    Cons

    Dealing with a very impatient sector of the general public. Company expects wonderful service times but doesn't want to pay for the manpower to achieve said times. Crew members are limited to 28.hours per week which makes it difficult to keep good workers around.

    Pros

    Fast Food can teach you customer service, patience, multi-tasking which you will need through out your career life.

    Cons

    You receive 1 paycheck for the position you are assigned but if business is slow you may have to work 2/3 positions. The paychecks are not livable you will need a 2nd job.

    Owner/Management can show appreciation for crew members.

    Unfortunately I can't think of many positive things. They are trying to improve at the store level, however, the culture is horrible throughout the entire company

    Cons

    office culture, work life balance, and leadership all leave much to be desired, the one redeeming quality is a few of the current employees love their job and want to be successful and that makes going to work each day easier. It's going to get much worse before it has a chance of improving.

    you need to build trust, culture, and care about more than making a buck before you'll be a truly successful company. I would also suggest communicating and being transparent with your employees... in general that would greatly improve trust and loyalty.

    Couldn't find much positive.to say about Wendy's

    Cons

    The managers don't have to wear hats but they make sandwiches and deal with food just as much as regular employees. The managers eat for free but yet they make more money and do less work. They only give you one shirt that you have to wash 5 times a week if you like wearing clean clothes to work. I see why they cannot keep good employees. They treat their lowest paid employees like crap! They're so backwards they treat customers as if they are the ones always wrong. They mess up customer orders all the time and make them wait too long for there orders. When other fast food places does those kind of things they compensate them with free things not Wendy's

    The people you meet along your journey are great. Crew generally feels like an extended family.

    The pay is terrible. The treatment of the employees is terrible.

    Pros

    Fair place to work for a High School. Had ups and downs but generally a decent play to work for an up and coming young adult.

    Cons

    The management was poor to say the least. Most of the employees I worked with were incompetent and did not speak English even the management. The company is more focused on finding cheap labor versus quality workers.
