    Pros

You get to work with some nice people, but most of them are too immature. 50% off Wendy's meals.

    Cons

You typically work nearly 9 hrs with no break unless you are a smoker and then oyu can get a smoke break. When you do get breaks they are only 30 minutes. The employee meals have a $6-7 limit, and if someone doesn't want a sandwich that has already been made, they want you to throw it away instead of giving it to one of the employees.

    Advice to Management

Start caring about your employees well being and show them some respect. If you want your employees to work hard maybe you should to, instead of sitting in the office all day.

    Pros

The only good thing about it would be The Employee Food Discount, although it should be free for all employees, however, managers get free meals and don't work as hard as the crew members.

    Cons

Overworked and Underpaid. No Benefits. Very Fast Paced and always on your feet, unless you get a break (not often).

    Advice to Management

Stop treating your workers (crew members) like slaves and stop gossiping about them. Keep it Professional.

    Pros

It's obviously an easy job to get. The interview is only a few questions and the process takes a week. You get paid slightly above minimum wage (7.75 instead of 7.25)

    Cons

Unorganized and busy all the time The shoes are ugly The uniform is ugly My manager was a creep

    Advice to Management

Hire non creepy managers Pay for the shoes because we don't want to Otherwise don't change a thing

    Pros

You will have steady employment. The standards still remain higher than any other fast food restaurant around. Middle Management is the best position, most flexible.

    Cons

Make sure you work for corporate not a franchisee owner

    Advice to Management

    Good Luck

    Advice to Management

Train your staff before throwing them into work, videos aren't enough to know how to do the work.

    Pros

Love the variety of food. Okay if first job because it will give young kids training and teach them responsibility.

    Cons

Managers from top down cause a lot of stress on their team members. GM's are RUDE and don't seem to care how they treat their employees and they make them cry practically on a daily basis. It is extremely HOT in there and everything is falling apart which makes it difficult to perform tasks and serve good hot fresh quality food. The heat makes everyone irritable. The pay is HORRIBLE for the work and time I put into it with no benefits offered.

    Advice to Management

Take a sensitivity training course or something in order to become a people person then maybe you will be able to keep employees.
