    free food for emoployees when you work

    I worked at Wendy's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Any shift you get assign to was pretty easy, hired some of my friends which was pretty cool.

    Cons

    Very unorganized customers were scary, managers were very unprofessional and employees would start rumors.

    Advice to Management

    Organize everything and be a bit more professional.

    I worked at Wendy's part-time

    Pros

    It's easy to get hired. Just wear clean clothes to the interview and you're bored. As long as you move quickly, work as a team, and are friendly to customers, you have job security.

    Cons

    Minimal advancement, poor staffing, will hire just about ANYONE regardless of attitude. It's fast food- you can't get much worse than that.

    Advice to Management

    Actually manage. Sometimes new workers are just thrown into areas and have absolutely no idea what they are doing. This should never happen. Don't let your workers sink as soon as they get hired, help them swim. General manager shouldn't regularly have to micromanage and take over crew member spots because either someone isn't trained properly or there aren't enough people on shift.

    Pros

    The customer's are always pleasant. If one treat others like they want to be treated, their day will be smooth. Co-workers displays exceptional teamwork.

    Cons

    Some of the employees need to act professional at all times while in the present of guests. Management needs to lead by example. Workers need to talk less and listen more. Too much gossip!!

    Always paid on time, aggressive work environment, and good introduction to working with others, polite customers

    Cons

    rarely get raises, management not always on que with each other and throws everything off, unfair work environment.

    Advice to Management

    be sure managers work good together, provide more fair workplace, don't limit male workers to what positions they are aloud to do and what position women can or will do.

    Pros

    I get to work with people, working as a team with employees to guarantee good customer service to all who dine in or out.

    Cons

    Working minimum wage with only 19 hrs a week. Employees not being properly trained.

    Advice to Management

    Train all employees equally

    Pros

    Friendly co workwers, discount on food, free at times, easy job, hours go by very fast if working during a lunch rush

    Cons

    Management sucks, not very flexible with schedule and customers can get rude and its sometimes stressful

    Advice to Management

    Hire people who can handle the job not just anyone who will half do the job. Better uniforms and better pay for employees. Paid horrible

    There is a Good atmosphere, fun environment, & a steady work place and guarantee pay.

    Cons

    I think that the cashiers should be paid atlease $10 an hour instead of 7 or $8
