Great company overall, except there are a few rednecks or "good ol' boys" who don't tolerate people of color very well

ProsCompensation is fair, benefits are ok, and profit sharing is good

ConsIf you are a person of color do NOT tick anyone off. Once you're on THAT list you might as well start looking for another job because you WILL be pushed out.

Advice to Senior ManagementGood talent all around, but some of that talent comes with a personality price.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
