Former Employee – worked at Whataburger part-time for more than a year
Pros – Good Work
Good People to work with and for
Cons – Hours suck, and too much gossiping between management and employment
Advice to Senior Management – Quite playing favorites with senior employees and realize that even though its only fast food to give everyone fair hours. If you tell someone you like the work they are doing then show it by scheduling them more hours

Current Employee – been working at Whataburger
Pros – Everyone gets along great, work is fast paced, great room for advancement, been here two months and already getting moved up, work your butt off and the managers will notice you! Overall great place to work. My store was rated number 1 in the city!
Cons – Rushes can get pretty hectic, you will be left to work alone at times meaning you WILL cook the meat prepare the bread, make the burger, wrap up the burger, plate/bag the burger and send it out. Your expected to do all that in 5 minutes or less.
Advice to Senior Management – So far things are really going good
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Current Employee – been working at Whataburger
Pros – here you get pay increases every 6 months and they are quick to tell you how well of a job you are doing
Cons – the only one i have seen is if you made a error in your past that shows up on your record they wont even think about letting you get a promotion. personnally i dont think thats very fair
Advice to Senior Management – if you have an employee that you feel would be great in management you uld fight for them to become a part of management team
