Pros – -Great experience at the earliest levels of your career. Class year is much less important than whether or not you show you can handle responsibility.
Cons – -It's a law firm in the 21st century. Work/life balance is non-existent, but you should know that when you sign up.
Advice to Senior Management – -Not much worth mentioning here.
