    Pros

Williams-Sonoma's internship program is a well-thought out program, with assignments broken down weekly for interns. Great colleagues, great managers.

    Cons

There seems to be a slight lack of diversity amongst the internship program and it seems that they select interns from only a few schools.

    Advice to Management

Management should push for an increase in intern pay as well as selection of students from a broader range of universities. Otherwise, no further advice for management.

    Pros

Lots of good people with lots of knowledge. Shuttle to and from BART provided. Ability to see a lot of different technologies all within one building. Unique benefits of being in corporate IT while surrounded by the entrepreneurial learning opportunities of the bay.

    Cons

Benefits are not the best out there. Would really help if more was offered inline with the market here.

    Advice to Management

    Consider additional benefits for employees.
