Overall, a good place to work

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsPlenty of opportunities to advance or change positions. Since there are 15 banks, if no opportunities are open at one bank, something will probably come up at another bank.

ConsThere seems to be some political maneuvering at headquarters--some people trying to make names for themselves without taking ownership of their actions (or lack of action).

Advice to Senior ManagementBefore asking banks to staff themselves leaner, look at Rosemont's productivity.

Great overall company for commercial banking. Salary on the low side.

ProsExcellent people and training. The Company is growing quickly and there is ample opportunities to learn.

ConsSalary below market. Disconnect with senior management.

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide internal raises and better evaluations, especially to those with less experience and fewer years in the industry. An excellent credit training program, but since you're educating general human capital, must ensure employees are properly compensated. Otherwise they will have an incentive to move taking the education you gave them.

Great place to work, learn and advance in a communmity driven environment

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsCommunity driven and concious with lots of opportunity to advance and educate yourself and peers. Open work environment with management available to bounce ideas off of and offer advice.

ConsLess competitive salary structure with no stock option opportunities for incentive.

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide opportunities for employees to receive options as an incentive/bonus and other stock rewards besides an employee stock purchasing plan.
