Pros – Very nice work environment. You get your own desk, and can choose how many monitors you'd like and/or computer. There are no restrictions at staying at your desk and eating at your desk. The job is very relaxed and self paced. I would work here in the future again for sure.

Cons – There are no downsides to working at Wolters Kluwer Health in the Hagerstown office.

Advice to Senior Management – Maybe just one more person on the late shift to keep the call volume more under control at times. Other than that, everything is good!

Pros – Very focused on the customer, great software and serving focused professional niches. People care passionately about their domain expertise, e.g., banking, medicine, law, tax. Lot's of opportunity to move up internally

Cons – Very complex legacy structure of individual publishing firms and individual software firms transitioning into a more cohesive operating model

Pros – In industry with rapid growth and lots of potential. There are plenty of positive development opportunities for those who perform.

Cons – Different divisions often have overlapping functionality and don't communicate as well as they could to create positive synergy.

Pros – The Tampa team is growing rapidly and this provides for opportunities to advance your career within a short period of time. Management is good at recognizing effort and talent. Working environment is friendly, and flexible.

Cons – Communication between employees and management seems to be a one way process at times.

Advice to Senior Management – Develop ways for employees to effectively communicate with upper management without much effort. The easier this process becomes, the more employees will feel compelled and comfortable sharing ideas.

Pros – the team is very motivated, fun loving and work focussed. it is great to be a part of this type of team. seniors are very supportive and politics in the company is very little. employee retention is high and it has great HR policies.

Cons – more growth opportunities should be offered to internal employees.
