    Pros

Hardworking culture, straight shooting management team, respected their workforce and tried to do the best they could by them.

    Cons

Print is a brutal business - three owners and a bankruptcy in four years.
Not sure how the culture will merge with the new owners, Standard Register. Not sure if the combined company is large enough to complete with RR Donnelly or InnerWorkings long term.

  2. This is a good intermidiate step for a programmer in .Net. The work has enough challenges but is not overly so.

    Pros

Decent company with competent management and growth prospects. There are growth opportunities in most parts of the company but little in my division as the digital solutions division itself is small but growing.

    Cons

I can't think of any really downsides except perhaps that they aren't as keen to let their programmers work from home as some other companies are. I think this would be a real benefit.

    Advice to Management

Upgrade your programmers hardware and let them work from home. This will increase productivity not decrease it.

Great company that was dealing with turmoil in the industry.

    Pros

WorkflowOne is an Industry leader, with significant brand recognition and at the time a great local staff. The customer service crew was outstanding and the abilty to outsource work as necessary was a plus.

    Cons

The transition to moving accounting to corporate headquarters was trying. Local sales management assistance would have been helpful. Capex investment in our local facilty would have also been helpful.
