Great place to work if you can last.

Casino Service Team Lead (Former Employee) Las Vegas, NV

ProsBest compensation in the whole country for the job. Trusted to make decisions. Work in relative autonomy. A feel good company.

Conslots of terminations. The dealers share their tips with the team leader and they are not too happy about that. You're only as good as your last mistake. High profile customers can be very abusive and demanding. Their requests border on bizare and put you in no win situations.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more supportive of the decisions your Casino service team leads make. Every day more tasks are added to your responsibiity list and because its such a crazy business, you'll eventually make a mistake.

Long hours, more than pays the bills

    VIP Host (Current Employee)

ProsBest resort in Vegas. Clients you meet will compensate you for the effort you put in. Gives you a chance to build a client base that will follow you and continue to spend money.

ConsNo direction. Hard for advancement. the managers are competent but the overall director has no clue. on occasion you will feel that you are just free marketing.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
