    Surveys affect your pay tremendously

    Advice to Management

    Surveys should not affect an agents pay. Especially if it is something that is totally out of their control!

    Flexible dress code. Only 6 months of customer service experience required.

    Cons

    Poor pay system based on surveys of upset customers.

    Support your staff. Create pay systems based on skill, not luck.

    Pros

    Managers and trainers are helpful. It is a really easy job technically once you get the hang of it.

    Cons

    The pay , the schedule , and the building is pretty rough, but they are trying to update it. Also the workstations are tiny and it is very difficult to hear because you are so close to your co-workers.

    Advice to Management

    None they are trying to do a good job in an impossible corporate structure.

    The people are very nice. You get a chance to meet different types of people.

    Cons

    The job is extremely fair away from my home. There is no organization at all.

    I believe that if we had more organization it would be a better place to work.

    Great hours they work with any schedule .

    Management very unprofessional mandatory over time Rude employees pay is not competitive Worked like a slave for 9.00 hr

    Pros

    Paid training, benefits, lots of discounts through company for movie tickets, retail stores, travel, sporting events.

    Cons

    Hours, break times are 10 mins instead of the 15 mins that most companies provide now. If you do have to use the restroom prior to break that time is taken off your break time. Very controlled enviroment which I understand they need for the amount of employees and being a call center. The least amount of pay compared to other call center.

    Hire pay and change the break structure.

    Opportunity for OT, PtO accrued once u start, free soda and ice, referral bonus

    Cons

    Lack of communication, poor choice of advancement/supervisors, favortism, low wage for amt of workload and expectations, expensive benefits, ghetto people

    Advice to Management

    Be on one accord as a company. Too many chiefs, not enough indians. Do better and.more extensive training to ensure customer satisfaction. Get more qualified supervision.

    Great and awesome employees, work/life balance

    Does not pay well compared to industry. Employee go without any raise for months.
