    Self supervised position most of the time

    Very little if any raises. Benefits are going down hill.

    Loved working in this fast-paced environment. Had it challenges, but our training development team accomplish significant improvements in the project.

    Cons

    Corporate-wide wage freezes, forced unpaid time off for salaried employees, low wages for some staff (not equal among peers).

    Advice to Management

    Continue to challenge employees to be creative and innovative. Encourage the larger corporation to reward excellence in the field.

    Pros

    A lot of opportunity for money with this company and a huge opportunity if you don't mind overtime.

    Cons

    Overtime was crazy, every day they'd either have you stay late, come in early, take a half lunch or any combination of the three

    Advice to Management

    Easy on the overtime fellas you're beginning to feel like a typical call center environment. And i don't think that needs to be explained to you.

    Pros

    Prior to Xerox ISG made a lot of changes in the right direction with the system. The management was always on top of the changes and supportive of the staff.

    Cons

    Was never sure if the IT management did not understand the business side of the company or did not care enough to listen. At that level it is their job to know and care what IT needs and to weight it against what monies are available to spend based on current revenues/cashflow

    Advice to Management

    I hope Xerox will continue to encourage the creativity that allowed the company to make the necessary changes to grow.
