I have been working at YMCA part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Very flexible schedules and everyone works together to help you if you're in a tight spot. During the summer you get a tan- even though its a one-piece tan line. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful.

    Cons

Wish the pay was better. And sometimes you have to work in the morning and come back in the afternoon when group lessons start after school. Going there in the morning then coming back in the afternoon is a lot to ask of a person.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lifeguarding schedules, gotta.work on those. And the rotation, how to people mess up the rotation? I dont know but they do.
