    Pros

Very laid back and chill environment. Everyone there is very kind and displays positive attitude. Welcoming to all patrons.

    Cons

The pay here is not as great as if you were to work at a similar job elsewhere. Gym equipment is relatively old.

    Advice to Management

I would advise management to provide more competitive compensation and to update equipment and buildings to more modern standards.

Great environment, very easy to get along with the team.

    Cons

Low pay, pay should be more considering how much they make off clients.

I have been working at YMCA part-time

    Pros

I love the atmosphere working at the YMCA. The members are great and always caring and part of our job is to interact with them and make them feel welcome.

    Cons

None that I can think of. It would be nice to get a free family membership instead of just an individual membership.

    Advice to Management

No advice, I think the YMCA is great and there are many programs and benefits for both members and employees.
