I have been working at YPF full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Insider knowledge of the trade, fast paced training, great working environment. Work presents constant challenges, provides a platform for self management and evaluates individual performance.

    Cons

Long hours, but not much else to complain about. Commuting takes forever, but that is certainly not the company's fault.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Promote international specialization courses.

I have been working at YPF

    Pros

    Great work life balance
    Decent starting pay
    Nice holydays package
    Good working climate
    Great location
    Collaborative enviroment
    No travel demands

    Cons

    Slow progress
Pay flattens after a couple of years
    Limited ammount of international exposure
    Limited exposure to senior management
    No clear policy for promotions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company would do better by creating a more dynamic enviroment, with clearer politics determining rewards/ punishments. Also more international/ senior management exposure would be great.
