    Pros

Good pay decent benefits co workers were like family in my department

    Cons

comm, uting 60 miles to work was tough economy made for internal problems merger of Roadway and Yellow is very difficult stress level high

    Advice to Management

Management needs to learn more what happens on the workers level... they have lost contact with the reality of the jobs . YRCW has a lot of good employees and the managment should learn from their experiences. I believe they took on too much with the merger and did not handle it well..
