    Pros

    Great pay package
    Excellent benefits
    Exceptional faculty, students and administrations
Beautiful campus, galleries, fitness centers, all of which are are mostly accessible to fill time M&P staff

    Cons

    Intensive interview process
New Haven can be a bit isolated but, NYC and Boston are quick train rides away

    Advice to Management

It would be great to have a tuition remission program to pursue professions degree such as an MBA etc after 2 years of employment

    Pros

The school is amazing with a beautiful campus. The size of the undergrad enrollment is small, so it offers a smaller class size that allows for better interactions among students and faculties.

    Cons

The hours for the gym and the dinning hall are somewhat less compare to other universities, where the gyms can sometime open for 24 hours. At Yale, the gym close really early during weekdays and open couple hours during the weekend. The dinning hall closes around 7PM each day. So it is not convenient.

    Advice to Management

To be honest, it is a well-established university and I do not think much can be done in a short period of time.

    Pros

The position as a social media intern at the Yale office of communications offers flexible hours which is great for a student worker. Additionally, there's a lot of opportunities to lead interesting and diverse projects with a cool team.

    Cons

The job offers limited growth opportunity by the very fact that it is geared towards student workers. However, you have quite some ownership over your work which is highly transferable to jobs in communications and marketing.
